My memories
Lack of sleep also causes Infertility
Posted in 2014

When you’re trying to get pregnant, bleary-eyed mothers and fathers will give you a deer in the headlights look as they encourage you to, “Savor every moment of sleep that you can because it could be your last…” What they don’t realize is that those precious moments of sleep they’re recommending are more important than we ever realized when it comes to your ability to become a parent in the first place.
Recent research is demonstrating a rather clear connection between sleep deprivation and infertility. It looks like one of the best things you can do for your mental, emotional and physical well-being – including your fertility prospects – is to get a good night’s sleep.
Most of us are not known the importance of sleep. In every health and infertility problem sleep is the most important to relieve. When we get sound sleep our entire body will be relaxed. That is the reason our doctors advise sleeping tablets in various health problems. We will discuss on sleep how it effects fertility.

My advise
1...   All of you are experienced lack of sleep on your health and body
2...   Every one needs minimum of 5 hours and 7 or 8 hours sleep  according to the individual body.
3..    Our body works round the clock and clean our body parts between 10 PM to 5 AM and make fit for next day work..or activities
4...   The cleaning process is done when we sleep because during our sleep all parts dosn't need energy and this energy is used by our body to clean.
5...   If you wants to conceive all parts need to repair daily to have healthy child which is done  when you sleep.
6...   It indicates lack of sleep can cause Infertility
7...   So sleep well
