Pregnancy between 30 to 40 years Brought to U....http://successgain.us      and     http://successgain.info My memories Pregnancy between 30 to 40 years Posted in 2014 An increasing number of women are choosing to have their first child in their mid-30s or later. The challenge for this age group is that with the body’s natural aging process, a woman’s eggs age as well; and this phenomenon is a significant cause of infertility and miscarriage. Getting pregnant after age 40 is a challenge for women that may have no other impediment to conception.  The decline in fertility potential or ‘ovarian reserve’ means that not only do the ovaries have fewer eggs to offer, but the eggs they have are of poorer quality, and thus have a harder time producing eggs that are capable of fertilizing and resulting in a healthy pregnancy. (For many years, researchers wondered whether the uterus was also affected by the aging process, but today it is clear that decline in fertili

It is a multidimensional problem with social, economic and cultural implications, which can take threatening proportions in countries with strong demographic problems, such as Greece. Lately, an increasing number of couples with infertility problems choose the artificial insemination. The purpose of the study was to investigate the causes  of infertility in women of reproductive age. Material and Method: The study population consisted of 110 infertile women who sought medical help in a private Assisted Reproduction Center for a period of 2 months. Best sleeping position in your pregnancy

Best sleeping position in your pregnancy Brought to U.... http://successgain.us       and      http://successgain.info My memories Best sleeping position in your pregnancy Posted in 2015 The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. If you find that you are having problems with back pain, use the “SOS” position, and try placing a pillow under your abdomen as well. If you are experiencing heartburn during the night, you may want to try propping your upper body with pillows. In late pregnancy, you may experience shortness of breath. Try lying on your side or propped up with pillows. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out.

Timings of your body Brought to U.... http://successgain.us       and      http://successgain.info My memories Timings of your Body Posted in 2014 Every organ in your body has a repair/maintenance schedule to keep on a daily basis. Most of us in the West have never been aware of this, but Chinese and Ayurvedic holistic health practitioners have known this for hundreds of years. It is important to know these cycles if you want to understand your health problems and learn to treat yourself. If you feel sluggish, foggy, achy, etc. at these particular times of day, you will know which organ is trying to repair the damage done to it, and these ‘feelings’ you are having are the result of the energy being expended to do these repairs. Repair Table: Lungs: 3am-5am Large intestine: (or colon) 5am-7am Stomach: 7am-9am Spleen: 9am-11am Heart: 11am-1pm Small Intestines: 1pm-3pm Bladder: 3pm-5pm Kidneys: 5pm-7pm Pancreas: 7pm-9pm Blood Vessels and Arteries: 9pm-11pm Gallb

Difference between Ovulation and fertility days

Difference between Ovulation and fertility days Brought to U.... http://successgain.us       and      http://successgain.info My memories Difference between Ovulation and fertility days Posted in 2013 While an egg only survives for up to 24 hours, sperm can remain active for up to five days. It may therefore be surprising to learn that a couple can conceive through sexual intercourse four to five days before the egg is released. The total ‘fertility window’, taking into account the lifetime of both the sperm and the egg, is about six days. The 'fertile days' are all the days during your menstrual cycle when you have the ability to become pregnant if you have unprotected sex. Identification of additional fertile days provides couples with more flexibility to plan intercourse around their lifestyle and also more opportunities to conceive, which may reduce the pressure that couples can experience when trying to get pregnant. Please note the above to conceive My adv

Thyroid causes various problems in woman Brought to U.... http://successgain.us       and      http://successgain.info My memories Thyroid causes various problems in woman Posted in 2013 Your thyroid produces thyroid hormone,  which controls many activities in your body, including how fast you burn calories and how fast your heart beats. Diseases of the thyroid cause it to make either too much or too little of the hormone. Depending on how much or how little hormone your thyroid makes, you may often feel restless or tired, or you may lose or gain weight. Women are more likely than men to have thyroid diseases, especially right after pregnancy and after menopause. Your thyroid is a small butterfly-shaped gland found at the base of your neck, just below your Adam's apple. This gland makes thyroid hormone  that travels in your blood to all parts of your body. The thyroid hormone controls your body's metabolism in  many ways, including how fast you burn calories and h
