Know when your mother experienced Menopause
Posted in 2015

Ask your mom how old she was when she went through menopause. If she started on the early side, then you probably will, too. "Women are born with a certain amount of eggs," says Dr. Arredondo, "and there are certain genetic factors that might make you born with more or less eggs than usual, or that may make you use those eggs faster than other average women." But you certainly aren't doomed to relive the same exact scenario your mom did. External factors that don't necessarily affect you could have impacted your mom.
Thousands of women are said to be affected. While the average age of menopause is 48 years in India, if it occurs before the age of 40, it is termed as premature menopause. Incidence in India.
Gynaecologist Dr Suman Bijlani says that the incidence of premature menopause is on the rise.
I wish to bring to your notice
When Ananya Raman noticed that her periods started getting irregular and then suddenly ceased altogether, she visited her gynaecologist, who told her that it was due to premature menopause.
Ananya was devastated, and naturally so. At 35, she was far too young to reach menopause, also keeping in mind that she was yet to start her family. She isn't alone. Thousands of women are said to be affected. While the average age of menopause is 48 years in India, if it occurs before the age of 40, it is termed as premature menopause.
It is due to unhealthy food, unhealthy life style etc..It is one of the causes of Infertility...You observe in all of my articles that I advised U to follow Healthy food, Healthy life style etc..You can only protect your health and fertility with the above...
My advise
1...  A diet rich in calcium and vitamin D is important to prevent the bone loss that can occur during menopause.
2... Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight may help alleviate menopause symptoms and help prevent disease.
3.. A diet rich in fruit and vegetables may help keep bones healthy, and can help prevent weight gain and certain diseases.
4.. Certain foods and drinks can trigger hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings. This include caffeine, alcohol and sugary or spicy foods.
5.. Regular exercise can help alleviate menopause symptoms such as poor sleep, anxiety, low mood and fatigue. It can also protect against weight gain and various diseases and conditions.
6... Drinking enough water may help prevent weight gain, aid in weight loss and reduce symptoms of dryness.
7... Diets high in processed foods and refined carbs are associated with a higher risk of depression and worse bone health in postmenopausal women.
8... Irregular eating may cause some symptoms of menopause to worsen. Skipping meals may also hinder weight loss in postmenopausal women.
9... Natural supplements may help treat menopause symptoms, but more evidence is needed about their safety and effectiveness.
