Causes of your Child Obesity
Generally obese couple will have Obese Child. I have seen in many families that only one of their children is Obese if either Parent is obese. I researched on it. If before pregnancy they control their obesity with Healthy food, Healthy life style etc...their would be child will not be obese.
Obesity causes several Health problems
1. If you are obese and have unhealthy eating or activity habits, you have a higher risk for gallstones, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, coronary artery disease (CAD), a stroke, and sleep apnea, among other conditions.
