Secure attachment bond with your child

The attachment bond is the unique emotional relationship between your baby and you as his or her primary caretaker. This wordless interactive emotional exchange draws the two of you together, ensuring that your infant will feel safe and be calm enough to experience optimal development of their nervous system. The attachment bond is a key factor in the way your infant's brain organizes itself and influences your child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
The quality of the attachment bond varies. A secure bond provides your baby with an optimal foundation for life: eagerness to learn, healthy self-awareness, trust, and consideration for others. An insecure attachment bond, one that fails to meet your infant’s need for safety and understanding, can lead to confusion about his or her own identity and difficulties in learning and relating to others in later life.
The attachment bond is purely emotional between the parents and child..With this the bond is developed and continued till the end of their life span.
I have seen many children who have no attachment bond with their parents. If .This situation is developed it may spoil the society and the universe..I advise every couple to develop happy relation and permanent attachment bond with your child ....
My advise
1....  Talk and sing to your baby, knowing he or she can hear you.
2.....  Gently touch and rub your belly, or massage it.
3...    Respond to your baby’s kicks. In the last trimester, you can gently push against the baby or rub your belly where the kick occurred and see if there is a response.
4...    Give yourself time to reflect, go for a walk or have a warm bath and think about the baby. You may like to write a diary or stories to the baby about what you are experiencing.
5....    Relax, look after yourself and try not to stress. Evidence shows that if a mother feels less stressed during her pregnancy, the health outcome for the baby is better. Your partner or a close friend may be helpful if you need someone to talk to.
6....    Father can make attachment bond with his child before birth...Massage the baby bump if the baby’s mother is happy for you to do so.   Attend ultrasound appointments with the mother..   Read and talk with the baby so they get used to your voice.
