I studied and Researched on basis of Medical Astrology. What ever the food we take 1. must be useful to our body 2. It should not give any side effects or reaction 3. Nutrients viz.. Carbohydrates, fat,mineral etc.. in it will be used by our body which amount it requires. 4. Excess Nutrients etc...will be stored for three days beyond that will be eliminated in stool, urine. 5. our body posses to resist any kind of health or infertility problem for that it requires all natural minerals etc..

An essential nutrient is a nutrient that the body cannot synthesize on its own -- or not to an adequate amount -- and must be provided by the diet. These nutrients are necessary for the body to function properly. The six essential nutrients include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and water.

My advise
1...  Our body cannot produce nutrients on its own.  It has to be gained with our food.
2..   Our food should not give any adverse effect on our health.
3.    Our body will digest the food , picked various nutrients and send to the parts needed.
4..   Unwanted will be eliminated with sweat or urine or stool
