Research on Multivitamin Supplement usage and benefits on us Jointly conducted by Toranto University and Saint Michel Hospital. This news published in Leading telugu News paper EENADADU dated 3rd June 2018.
Toranto University and Saint Michel Hospital were advised to some patients to use Multivitamin Supplement containing Multivitamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Calcium on Heart patients for 5 years. At the end the they told the Usage of Multivitamin Supplement doesn't prevent Heart Attack, Death etc.. but tablets containing Folic Acid with Vitamin B can prevent Heart attacks.
They concluded instead of depending on Medicines depend on Healthy food, healthy life style better
My advise

Sources of vitamin C include red peppers, oranges, strawberries, broccoli, mangoes, lemons, and other fruits and vegetables. Vitamin E sources include nuts, seeds, spinach, and broccoli.
4...  Vitamin D: Research shows vitamin D supplementation may reduce the risk for viral infections, including respiratory tract infections, by reducing production of proinflammatory compounds in the body. Increased vitamin D in the blood has been linked to prevention of other chronic diseases including tuberculosis, hepatitis, and cardiovascular disease. Food sources of vitamin D include fortified cereals and plant-based milks and supplements
5...  Zinc: Zinc is a mineral that can help boost white blood cells, which defend against invaders. Sources include nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, beans, and lentils.
