Effect of Tea or Coffee on your fertility
Posted in 2015

Many couples told me that they cannot exist without Tea or Coffee.. Some couples told me they Take tea or coffee as the whether is cold..Some couples told me their brain will act effectively... Some couples questioned me what is the wrong when all are consuming? like ...........many more.. I feel it is the important for me to explain all causes in detail so that you will know about Tea or Coffee consuming. Let me explain you one by one.
1. Stimulants in Tea more than coffee
There are 4 substances in tea that are able to cross the blood-brain barrier to provide a stimulant effect
We have good, old caffeine, which you can also get from coffee and soft drinks.
Then we have two substances related to caffeine, theobromine and theophylline.
And finally we have a rather unique amino acid called L-Theanine, which has some very interesting effects on the brain.

2.. Tea or Coffee will effect on your fertility

It might. Some studies have found a link between caffeine consumption and a woman's ability to conceive, while others have not. Most experts say there just isn't enough evidence to make a definite conclusion about caffeine and fertility.

Although researchers haven't been able to find a clear connection between moderate caffeine intake and fertility problems, it's generally considered safe to consume 200 to 300 milligrams (mg) of caffeine daily while trying to conceive. That's up to two 8-ounce cups of coffee for a weak brew. If you get more than that, it might be a good idea to cut back
3... Foods contain caffeine
Coffee is one, of course. The amount of caffeine in a serving of coffee varies widely, depending on the type of bean, how it's roasted, how it's brewed – and, obviously, on the size of the coffee cup. (For example, espresso contains more caffeine per ounce, but it's served in a tiny cup. So a full cup of brewed coffee will actually deliver more caffeine.)
To manage your caffeine intake, you'll need to be aware of other sources, like tea, soft drinks, energy drinks, chocolate, and coffee ice cream. Caffeine also shows up in herbal products and over-the-counter drugs, including some headache, cold, and allergy remedies. Read labels carefully.
My advise
1...  Tea or coffee badly effect on your fertility.                                                                         2..  Tea or coffee stimulate your nervous system. your brain and adversely act on may parts of your bod.                                                                                                                             3...  If you are pregnant it will be badly effect on your child's brain, nervous system  ..... which may cause abnormal birth or other.                                                                              4..    If you are addicted with tea or coffee you try to take minimum tea or coffee before taking drink a glass of water.   Try to take only one time with a limit of 50 to 75 ml to protect your health and your unborn child health.
