Child Born blind

Genetic factors play a role in many kinds of eye disease, including those diseases that are the leading cause of blindness among infants, children and adults.
More than 60 percent of cases of blindness among infants are caused by inherited eye diseases such as congenital  (present at birth) cataracts, congenital glaucoma, retinal degeneration, optic atrophy and eye malformations. Up to 40% of patients with certain types of  strabismus  (ocular misalignment) have a family history   of the disease and efforts are currently under way to identify the responsible genes.
In adults, glucoma and age-related macular degeneration are two of the leading causes of blindness, and both appear to be inherited in a large portion of cases. Researchers have mapped several genes for glaucoma and are starting to identify genes involved in macular degeneration. They also are making very significant progress in identifying the genes that cause retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative disease of the retina that causes night blindness and gradual vision loss.

Can common vision problems be inherited?

Genetics also play a role in vision problems that occur in otherwise healthy eyes. Genetic ophthalmologic researchers now have evidence that the most common vision problems among children and adults are genetically determined. The list includes strabismus (cross-eyes), ambiyopia( lazy eye) and refraction errors such as myopia (near sightedness), hyperopia (farsigthedness) and astigmatism.
Can eye abnormalities be caused by other diseases?
Eye abnormalities are present in one-third of inherited, systemic diseases. The presence of a particular ocular sign known to be associated with a systemic disease often is the deciding factor in confirming the diagnosis of that disease. For example, a dislocated lens in the eye can confirm a diagnosis of Marfan syndrome, a connective tissue disease associated with heart problems; a characteristic cherry red spot in the eye usually indicates Tay-Sachs disease.
Why this child born blind?
Why this child born blind? This child is 6 months old and is blind. This photo has been sent to me by Dr.Gitesh to know cause of chilld birth. Our body acts according to our mind. That is the reason I suggest everyone to develop positive thinking. It may happen
As per medical Astrology
1.. 2nd house and 12th houses in male birth chart indicates right and left eyes. If defected at the time of their union the child will be blind.
2... 2nd house and 12th houses in female birth chart indicates left and right eyes. If defected at the time of their union the child will be blind.
3.... if 2nd house in male chart and 12th house in female charts are defective the child will be blind.
4... if 2nd house in female chart and 12th house in male charts are defective the child will be blind.
Please note above and take care to give birth to Healthy child without blind.

My advise
1....  Instead of searching for cause of blindness every couples  should develop positive thinking before conceiving to avoid blind births.
2...   When a child is born blind he cannot see the world through out life..  It is the biggest punishment you are giving to your child due to your negligence.
3...   When you want to give birth to the child you should take proper care to avoid any kind of birth defects including blindness..  It is in your hands.
4..... Develop positive thinking before conceiving
5..... Eat healthy food and drink sufficient water before and after conceiving
